Our Dueling Pianos show is an interactive, all-request performance where two talented pianists go head-to-head—and you control the playlist. From classics to today’s hits, every show is unique, filled with laughter, crowd participation, and incredible energy. As the night builds, enjoy dancing and a lively atmosphere in our Grand Bella Room.

Conductor’s Chicken
A grilled chicken breast served over sautéed spinach and whipped garlic potatoes, finished with our signature Conductor’s Red Blend Cream Sauce and topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and bacon
The Dueling Entrée
Steak tips paired with our Conductor’s Chicken, served with whipped garlic potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Upgrade Option
Add shrimp to create a surf & turf experience ($10)
Encore Dessert – Chocolate Crescendo Cake ($10)
A rich layered chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, cream cheese mousse, and decadent ganache
