This freshly balanced wine is attractively fragrant, redolent of peach and crisp apple. An effective drier, lighter style wine with a refreshing acidity. This wine compliments a variety of fish, pasta and curry dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon - Dry - $19.99
The wine opens with warm sweet and smoky aromas, and accented by notes of black cherry and cassis. The flavors best be described as supple, creamy and medium boddied with good length and complexity.

DelMonaco Winery entered wines in the 2008 Wines of the South competition and received a Silver Medal for the Concord Wine and a Bronze Medal for the Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Blackberry wines. At the Indy International Wine Competition held in July 2009, our Whistle Stop Red won a Silver Medal Our Sweet Whisper Peach Wine won a Gold Medal in the 2009 Wines of the South competition.
