Second Course: Farfalla pasta tossed in a Gewurztraminer, lemon and herb butter sauce
Third Course: Shiraz paired with mustard and herb crusted pork tenderloin
Fourth Course: Strawberry shortcake with macerated berries and Concord puree

Our first Private wine & food pairing was on November 15th, 2009. We hosted a private wine and food pairing, tasting four different foods and their complementary wines. We also celebrated the unveiling of our newest wine, the Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has been aging in oak barrels for several months and was finally deemed by our wine maker, Dominic Burke, to be at the peek of perfection. We celebrated by serving samples of foods for a five course meal. Each course was paired with a different wine to best compliment its flavors. Our guests were also able to try wine straight from the barrel and dine right in the heart of our winery, the cellar, where our wines are made.
