Barbara & David DelMonaco, owners of DelMonaco Winery & Vineyards along with their Oenologist, Jesse Pender, invite you to participate in a six week course for amateur wine makers. The next class will be scheduled for
January 7, 2012.
During this course you will learn the basics of wine making from a professional. The theory behind wine making as well as the practical experience of testing the sugar levels, refining, racking, filtering and eventual bottling of wine will be covered.
At the end of the six week course you will take home approximately 25-30, 750ml bottles of wine that you personally fermented. All supplies necessary for conducting the course are included in the fee of $295. Class size is limited to ten students. A little bit of homework on your part is required.
